*150 euros additional per group for guided visit to the Aix outdoor market to select fresh ingredients

Start your day with a coffee at the open-air marketplace in Aix en Provence with me. 

Together you choose all the fresh ingredients for your evening meal, while wandering through the streets of this magnificent city of art.

Later in the afternoon you rejoin Ronald at your home.

He will give demonstrations of cooking techniques and ideas for creative decoration and presentations.
